Shipping Information

Within USA (CONUS):

We use Standard parcel delivery (FedEx, UPS and USPS) for domestic shipments. Please refer to their website for shipping time estimations.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Bases and PO Boxes:

Due to carrier limitations, the above regions are not eligible for the 2-Day Express shipping option. Packages will still arrive at the earliest priority date as per your tracking.

International:

We use Australia Post’s International Standard parcel delivery (with tracking) for international shipments. Please refer to their website for shipping time estimations*.

*Please note Australia Post’s estimations are just that, we have seen international shipments take up to 3 weeks as it gets passed on to a local shipment company or postal service. Unfortunately this is beyond our control but we endeavour to always make sure you get your glasses.
